Fall is Here

I can't believe September is almost over, the month has flown by.  It is so much fun getting to know each child's personality, and being able to see the compassion they have for one another. Our school theme this month has been focused on manners and emotions.  While "please" and "thank you" are learned, the children naturally want to help their friends who are hurt, homesick, or sad.  Their love for others is inspiring.

Back to School!

What an exciting first week of school!  It is so great getting to see all of the new and returning faces at our school.  The kids are settling in and having fun practicing lessons and making new friends.

A Trip to the Bozeman Beach

What a beautiful day to spend at the Bozeman Beach! The kids had a blast splashing around and digging in the sand.

Water Exploration

What a fun way for the kids to learn about water!  We experimented with ice cubes, water balloons, and of course, bubbles.

We made slime out of cornstarch and water.

A Visit from the Montana Raptor Conservation Center

We were so lucky to have a visit from these wonderful ladies with the Montana Raptor Conservation Center. Not only did we learn about different kinds of raptors, but we saw a few up close!
